If you are responsible for health and safety in your organisation, you will be aware that non-compliance can be a major area of concern that results in claims and unwanted financial costs. At Inductus we have developed a range of health and safety solutions to meet your most important requirements.

We work closely with health and safety consultants, managers and other professionals to ensure that our resources achieve their objectives cost-effectively and efficiently. As much administration as possible is automated, and stored digitally, whilst allowing for hard copies and documentation output where necessary.

Our first online solution was produced to provide a quick, easy and cost-effective solution for large multi-sited organisations needing to deliver a "Day One" Health and Safety Induction at any of their locations via the internet. Compared to alternative methods, Inductus provides a huge cost-saving and meets legal requirements. On completion a certificate is sent back to the customer for local documentation and proof of event. Inductus is now used as an effective and industry bespoke induction for small as well as large organisations.

Incidente provides a fast and efficient accident and near-miss reporting system. Keeping track of incident reports and making the relevent reports to RIDDOR, if required, is an essential part of your accident reporting system. Incidente has been designed as a cost-effective and easy to use solution for your organisation.

Permitus was developed to provide an on site permit work issuing system to control contractor's access. Both flexible and efficient it provides a perfect control system to ensure your contractors comply with minimum legal obligations.

SafetyNet is the latest addition to the Inductus portfolio and is an automated Risk Assessment training and monitoring system. All users are given job roles. These roles are allocated to the users when programmed into the system by one initial single "New Employee input" when a new employee is added to the system. The system decides what Risk Assessments the user needs to complete based on the defined job roles. If an employee changes their role within the organisation the system will automatically re-assign any relevant risk assessments and enter them into the training diary.
